Benefits of Guava

Guava have many benefits and good digestion is one among them. As guava contribute to 12% of required daily fiber intake, It means one guava is sufficient to give you all nutrition. This is the reason why small babies is feed with puree. One guava have about double the Reference Daily Intake (RDI) of vitamin C for our body requirement. This is twice the amount one could get from eating an orange. Here we are using pink organic guava to make puree but you can use any guava.
