- 500 grams Paneer or Indian Cottage Cheese (cut into cubes)
- 1 piece Medium onion cut into cubes
- 1 piece Bell pepper cut into cubes (optional)
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Basen or Chickpea flour
- 1 tablespoon Chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon Salt (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 Loaf Brown bread
- 1 pack Cheese (optional)
- 3 spoons Butter
- 5 tablespoons Oil
- 1 tablespoon Ketchup
Instructions
How to make Paneer Tikka Masala:
- First, take a mixing bowl and add 500 grams of paneer, 100 grams of bell peppers and 100 grams of onions to it.
- Then, add one tablespoon of chickpea flour, 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, 1 tablespoon chilli powder, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 5 tablespoons of yogurt and give it a good mix
- Next, put this in the refrigerator and let it rest for ½ an hour. This step is really important it gives the paneer time to marinade and soak the flovour of the spices.
- Take a pan and add 5 tablespoons oil to it. after the oil is adequately hot, add the marinated paneer and vegetables to it.
- Let the paneer fry for 10-15 minutes. After it is throughly cooked, take it into a plate and let it rest.
How to make Paneer Tikka Sandwich :
- Now, take a slices of the brown bread, add some of the paneer tikka (be generous) and a slice of cheese (optional) then, top it off with an other slice of bread.

- Add some butter to the pan, and spread it with a brush or a spatula throughout its surface. Then place the sandwich on the pan and toast it until it is brown on both sides.
