Ingredients for Anda Ghotala
- 12 Eggs (Anda)
- 2 medium Onion
- 3 medium Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon Ginger (Chopped)
- 2 tablespoon Garlic (Chopped)
- 2 cups Coriander leaves (Chopped)
- 2 teaspoon Cumin Seed (Powder)
- 2 teaspoon Pav Bhaji Masala (Homemade Pav bhaji Masala)
- 1 teaspoon Green Chilli (Chopped)
- 2 tablespoon Refined Oil
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1 teaspoon Dry Chilli (Lal Mirch)
- 1 teaspoon mustard (seeds)
- 30 gm Cheese
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 5 pieces Pav (Bread)
Instructions
Steps for making Anda Ghotala
- Before you start with this spicy recipe, firstly you have to boil 4 eggs.
- Now take deep pan/ kadai and add oil to heat. Once oil is heated, you can add mustard seeds to it.
- Wait till mustard seeds finish popping, then add ginger, garlic and green chili.
- After it turn golden brown, add onion to it and let it get cooked until onion turns translucent.
- Now add chopped tomatoes to pan and cook it until no water left in tomatoes and break 4 eggs and scramble into this onion tomato masala.
- Once everything is cooked properly add spices such as salt, turmeric and pav bhaji masala to it.
- Keep on stirring to prevent mixture getting stick to pan.
- Now chop the boiled eggs and add it along with grated cheese to mixture and cook for 2 minutes more.
- Add chopped coriander leaves to above mixture and toss.
- Now take another non sticky fry pan and cook sunny side up eggs with eggs left. Later keep it aside.
- Serve the above mixture into 5 plates and top each with sunny side up eggs.
- Add some butter with spoon on top of Ghotala made and serve it with pav on side.
- Anda ghotala is ready to twist your tongue with spices.
How to Make Anda ghotala | Egg Gravy
Steps for making Anda Ghotala:
