- ½ Bell Pepper green (minced)
- ½ Bell Pepper red (minced)
- 2 Eggs
- ¾ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper (fresh )
- ½ teaspoon Curry Powder
- ½ cup Club Soda
- ½ cup Beer (Optional)

How to make Conch Fritters
- Take a sauce pan and heat the oil until it reaches 350 °C.
- Likewise, take a bowl, merge the conch meat, bell peppers, garlic, spices and veggies.
- Take a measuring cup, mix the egg. Moreover, add the mixture of egg to the conch mixture and stir well.
- Likewise, add salt and celery as per the quantities mentioned above.
- Make balls of the batter and pour the same into the hot oil.
- Make sure to cook one side of the fritter at least 5 minutes until they turn golden brown.
- Remove fritters on a paper to drain the same.
- Furthermore, make all the fritters and serve the same with lime juice, sauce and mayo.
