Equipment Required
- Boiler pan, Colander
Ingredients
- Pasta – 2 cups
- Water
- Butter – 4 tbsp
- All-purpose flour – 2 tbsp
- Milk – 300 to 400 ml
- Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
- Baby corn – 5 /7 pcs (round chopped)
- Onion 1 medium size (diced)
- Red bell peppers – 1/2 (diced)
- Yellow bell peppers – 1/2 (diced)
- Garlic – 4 cloves (fine chopped)
- Green chillies – 2 (fine chopped)
- Oregano
- Chilli flakes
- Crushed black pepper
- parsley
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Firstly, take pasta and wash it with water and put it in boiler pan and add water more than pasta dip in the water.
- Turn on the flame, Add 3 tsp salt and 4 tsp oil into it.
- After, 10 min stir it or check one piece to see whether it is soft or not. Stir tills it cooks.
- Don’t overcook it or stir properly otherwise it sticks to the bottom, and then switch off the flame.
- Now, Stir it in a colander and wash it with cool water.
- For sausage, Again turn on the flame, Take 2 tbsp butter, add 2 tbsp all purposes flour into it and continue stirring it till it’s color turns slightly brown and then add milk and stir properly.
- Next step is to, Add 1/2 tbsp oregano, salt, 1/2 chilli flakes, 1/4th black pepper crushed and some salt.
- Keep mixing till it becomes thick, add cheese and mix again and turn off the flame and put it aside.
- Time to make sauteing, Turn on flame & Take a sauce pan, add 2 tbsp butter after it heats well, then add chopped green chilli, garlic and onion stairwell.
- After that, Add chopped baby corn, red and yellow bell peppers and mix it well, and be a bit careful when you add salt because you have already added it earlier
- Add boiled pasta into the sauce pan and mix pasta and vegans well.
- Once mixing is done, add sausage into it and start mixing it again.
- Turn off the flame after 3 min.
- Sprinkle some crushed black paper, chilli flakes, oregano and top it with parsley leaves.

- Add boiled pasta into the sauce pan and mix pasta and vegans well.
- Once mixing is done, add sausage into it and start mixing it again.
- Turn off the flame after 3 min.
- Sprinkle some crushed black paper, chilli flakes, oregano and top it with parsley leaves.
- The cheese, buttery pasta is ready to eat and serve.
