Chicken Korma is a mouth-watering curry dish with creamy, rich, full of spicy flavors. Mix of spices, curd and clarified butter give this curry a different taste. Hope you like this recipe as you did like my previous recipe Cinnamon Pumpkin Rolls.
Ingredients For Chicken Korma:-
Eight – Almonds And Cashew nuts
One Teaspoon – Chironji And Khus Khus
Two Teaspoons – Dessicated Coconut
Four Tablespoons – Oil
Two – Onions
One Cup – Curd
One Tablespoon- Clarified Butter
Ten – Cardamoms
Seven – Cloves
Two Teaspoons – Garlic And Ginger
8 Pieces – Chicken
Salt To Taste
Two Teaspoons – Red Chili Powder And Coriander Powder
One Teaspoon – Garam Masala
One Teaspoon – Saffron
Half Cup – Water
Directions:-
Take almonds, cashew nuts, chironji, and khus khus in a pan.
Mix them well and dessicated coconut to it. Grind the mixture together in a smooth paste.
Take oil in a pan, add onions, and saute it until golden brown. Add the fried onions to the nuts paste and grind all the ingredients once again.
Add curd to the paste and mix together.
Take a pan and pour clarified butter in it. Add cardamon, cloves, garlic, and ginger. Saute them well and add chicken pieces.
Add salt, red chili powder, and coriander powder to the pan.
Now add the curd paste to the pan, mix it well.
Add water to the pan to make a balanced consistency.
Time to add garam masala and saffron, mix thoroughly.
Let it cook for three to four minutes.
Serve hot chicken korma with steamed rice or any flat bread.
