I know I have! and it is pretty disappointing to not have a dessert after a delicious meal. I am here with an eggless brownie recipe. As time progresses, people are diving into accepting vegans and vegetarians. However, it is not that easily available everywhere and it is way more expensive. For instance, a piece of normal chocolate fudge brownie with an egg, costs us around 100 rupees a piece, whereas an eggless brownie would cost us 50 rupees extra according to Ibb.
But don’t worry. I got you. Today I am going to show you how to make eggless brownies and another secret easy dessert which you can make with the leftover brownies. There are a lot of eggless brownie recipes floating around that need you to have fancy equipment and expensive ingredients to make an eggless brownie tasty. But today, I am going to show you how to make two easy desserts at a minimum cost.

Eggless Brownie Recipe
Equipment Required
- 1 Oven
- 1 Baking pan
Ingredients
Ingredients for eggless brownie
- 75 Grams Butter (Salted)
- 100 Grams Dark Chocolate (Chopped 75%)
- 1/4 Cup Coca powder
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Cup Powder sugar
- 3/4 Cup Maida/All purpose flour
- 1/2 Cup Yoghurt (Unsweetened)
- 1 Cup Chocolate chips
Instructions
How to make eggless brownie
- Pre heat the oven to 180° C for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter using a stove and then cool it down to the room temperature
- Next, take an 8 inch baking pan and apply butter to it. if you have butter paper you can use that as well.
- Now, take a large bowl and add 1 cup powdered sugar to it. If you do not have powdered sugar available at your house, you can just add sugar to a mixer and grind it into a fine powder.
- Then, take a sieve and place it on the bowl. add ¾ cup of all purpose flour to the sieve and sift it. Add 2 tbsp of baking powder to the same mixture using the sieve.
- Next, add 1 cup coca powder using the same sieve and mix the powders well using a spatula.
- Next, take another bowl and add 1 cup of curd and the cooled butter with 2 taps of vanilla extract and mix it well.
- Now, take the mixture and add it to the power we mixed earlier. Make sure you mix the mixture well without any lumps.
- Add some chocolate chips (optional) and transfer it into the baking tray
- Place the mixture in the pre heated oven for 30 minutes
- After 30 minutes, take it out and poke a skewer into the brownie to check if it is ready. If the skewer come out with batter sticking to it, put it back for an other 5 minutes. until the skewer does not have any residue when you poke it through.
- Now, sprinkle some powdered sugar to the brownie (optional) using a sieve and cut it into 16 pieces.
- Tastes best when consumed warm.

Secret Recipe – Eggless Brownie Ice Cream
These Eggless Brownies are going to be a perfect mix of gooey and chocolaty heaven. Now, I am going to show you another recipe using leftover eggless brownies. You can crumble these brownies and add them to vanilla ice cream and top it off with chocolate syrup to make an easy sundae. Although, I would suggest you eat them with vanilla ice cream, however, if you are feeling too adventurous, you can add them to any cream you like. after all, a good dessert can help after a long day.
Tips For Making the brownies
- Please note that you need to preheat the oven before baking the brownies. It is an important step that is not to be neglected.
- furthermore,do not forget to line your baking tray with butter or butter paper, else your eggless brownie will stick to the baking tray.
- make sure you use a sieve to add the all-purpose flour as it might form lumps.
