Ingredients For Pineapple Gujiya:-
- 2 cups refined Flour
- 3 tablespoons of Ghee
- 1 cup Pineapple
- 4 tablespoon Grated Coconut, Sugar, And Khoya
- Ghee for frying
Add ghee to the refined flour & knead a tight dough with cold water.
Cover the dough with a cloth to keep it moist.
Saute pineapple for a minute & add raisins into the pan. Stir the mixture till it gets dry.
Add desiccated coconut to the mixture.
Mix sugar into the pan & turn off the heat. Let it cool down a bit.
Add Khoya to the mixture & mix it well.
Roll out small puris of the dough & place the stuffing on the half.
Cover the other half on the stuffing & seal the dough by pressing the corners with a fork.
Deep fry the Gujiya on low heat in ghee.
Remove the gujiyas on absorbent paper.
Roll small puri of dough.
Place the stuffing on half side & cover it.
Seal the corners.
Deep fry in medium heat.
Ready to serve.
