Fruit custard

I remember first time when my mom made Fruit Custard for family, I was small kid who always run away from milk and vegetables. I was one among those kids, and smart mom makes fruit custard 😉

One day she was making Fruit Custard for everyone and she wants me to try it first, I came to kitchen I saw something is cooking with milk & fruits, I just ran away. Later when everyone started appreciating her, I felt curious to know how actually it taste alike.

Believe me after tasting it, everytime I please my mom to cook Fruit Custard for me. Its all time favorite dessert for me, I never get bored eating it. Best thing is each time we prepare Fruit Custard we try different combination of fruits like apples, berries, pomegranate and dry fruits too. Just note one thing don’t use citrus fruits with custard made with dairy milk as this combination can curdle the milk and upset your stomach.
