Egg Halwa – Sweet Made By Using Eggs And Milk

Egg Halwa is soft and having sweet texture easy to make and simple dish for your family. It is a delicious recipe can be served as a dessert and has enriched with plenty of dry fruits. Hope you like this recipe as you did like my previous recipe Panch Ratan Dal.

Ingredients For Egg Halwa:-

  • 500 Mililitre – Milk
  • 200 Grams – Milk Powder
  • Six – Eggs
  • 250 Grams – Sugar
  • Half Teaspoon – Cardamom Powder And Ghee
  • Handful Of Dry Fruits


  1. Boil milk in a pan.
  2. Add the milk powder and boil further till it dissolves and the mixture becomes thick.
  3. Keep stirring continuously.
  4. Once the mixture becomes thick, turn the heat off and allow ith mixture to cool.
  5. Add rest of the ingredients into the cooled milk mixture and mix well till well blended.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a thick bottomed non-stick pan.
  7. Cook on medium heat, stirring continuously for about an hour till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and forms a ball.
  8. Be careful the mixture doesn’t get burn.
  9. Transfer to a greased dish and flatten the top evenly with the back of the spoon.
  10. Top with dry fruits.
  11. Cut into the desired shape.
  12. Allow cooling the mixture.
  13. Garnish with chopped dried fruits and serve the egg halwa.
