Ingredients

  • 4 cups Penne Pasta
  • 200 Grams Paneer
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 Onion
  • 4-5 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Garlic
  • 1 tsp Dry Chilli (Lal Mirch)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Salt As Required
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Dry Basil
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese Powder
  • 6 Tomatoes
  • 4 Cloves
  • 2 tsp Cashew nuts

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta in lots of water(add about one teaspoon of salt to the water) until it’s just cooked.
  • Drain and wash the pasta to stop further cooking.
  • Reserve one cup of the drained water.
  • Blanch the tomatoes.
  • Drain the tomatoes. Cool and peel the skin.
  • Grind the tomatoes along with cloves and cashew nuts to a puree.
  • Wash, peel and chop onions, garlic and ginger finely.
  • Wash and chop capsicum finely.
  • Cut paneer into cubes.
  • Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
  • When the oil becomes hot, add chopped garlic and ginger.
  • Saute till it turns slightly golden and then add chopped onions.
  • Saute till the onions turn pink.
  • Now add the chopped capsicum.
  • Saute till the capsicum are just cooked.
  • Now add the tomato puree, one cup of the reserved water, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, tomato ketchup, butter, dry basil, and salt to taste.
  • Mix well and let it simmer.
  • When it starts simmering, add the paneer cubes and let it cook in medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Add the cooked pasta, parmesan cheese powder and cream and mix well.
  • Let it cook on a low heat for five minutes.
  • Serve hot garnished with little parmesan cheese powder, basil leaves and a dash of garam masala powder.

Ingredients in making Pasta in Buttery Sauce

  • 4 cups Penne Pasta
  • ▢200 Grams Paneer
  • ▢1 Capsicum
  • ▢1 Onion
  • ▢4-5 Cloves Garlic
  • ▢1 inch Garlic

  • ▢Salt As Required

Directions:-

  • Cook the pasta in enough water until it’s just cooked with one teaspoon salt added into the water.
  • Drain and wash the pasta to stop further cooking.
  • Reserve one cup of the drained water.
  • Blanch the tomatoes. Drain the tomatoes. Cool and peel the skin.

  • Grind the tomatoes along with cloves and cashew nuts to a puree.
  • Wash, peel and chop capsicum finely also cut paneer into cubes.

MAKHANI GRAVY:-

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
  • When the oil becomes hot, add chopped ginger and garlic.
  • Saute till it turns slightly golden and then add chopped onions.
  • Saute the onion till it turns pink. Now add the chopped capsicum.
  • Saute till the capsicums are just cooked.
  • Now add the tomato puree, one cup of reserved water from pasta, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, tomato ketchup, butter, dry basil leaves and salt according to taste.
  • Mix well and let it simmer.
  • When it starts simmering, add the paneer cubes and let it cook in medium heat for ten minutes.

  • Let it cook on a low heat for five more minutes.

GARNISH:-

  • Serve hot garnished with little parmesan cheese and basil leaves, and a dash of garam masala powder.
