Paneer And Salsa Wraps – Brunch Recipe For Healthy Eating

Paneer salsa wrap is perfect for any breakfast or lunch or you can make it also as a brunch as it made with lot of vegetables with one dairy Ingredient and takes no much time to prepared. Hope you like this recipe as you did like my previous recipe Methi Paneer.


  • Half Teaspoon  Roasted Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Powder, and Turmeric.
  • 150 Grams – Paneer(diced in to smaller pieces)
  • Two Teaspoons – Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • Three – Spring Onions
  • Green Chilli To Taste
  • 20 Grams – Olive Oil
  • One – Lemon
  • Half – Tomato
  • One – Cucumber, Onion, Radish, Tortilla
  • 500 ml – Yoghurt
  • 8-10 – Mint Leaves
  • Salt And Chaat Masala To Taste


  1. In a bowl take yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric, salt, green chilli to taste,  roasted cumin powder, spring onions.
  2. Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil. Mix it all together and prepare a marinate for paneer.
  3. Squeeze some lemon juice.
  4. Add paneer to the marinate mixture and gently marinate them. Keep aside.
  5. In another bowl take chopped  tomato, cucumber, onion, radish, and spring onions.
  6. Add extra virgin olive oil, salt, lemon juice, chaat masala, and mint leaves to prepare the salsa.
  7. Heat two teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil in a pan and shallow fry the paneer.
  8. In another pan heat some extra virgin olive oil and lightly roast the tortillas.
  9. On the roasted tortilla put one tablespoon of marinated paneer and salsa.
  10. Gently close and roll over.
  11. Cook for few minutes.
  12. Paneer salsa wrap are ready to serve.
