  • 400 grams Tomatoes (crushed with pieces)
  • 100 grams Mais (boiled corn)
  • 100 grams Onion (Finely vertically chopped)
  • 100 grams Bell Pepper (Finely vertically chopped)
  • 100 grams olives
  • A Pinch Of Salt
  • Olive Oil (For seasoning)
  • 200 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • Basil leaf (Optional)

Instructions

How to make Pizza

  • Dough is ready after fermentation, I have used yeast which makes it fluffy and double the size of dough.
  • Take a part from dough, dust some flour and roll is carefully.
  • Afterwards when you are satisfied with size and thickness, take a for and poke in inner side. Leave the borders.
    Note: This is prevent the pizza from rising in middle.
  • Now spread the tomato paste with help of spoon, make sure to evenly spread.
    Note: You can also add mayonnaise layer if you like the taste of melting cheese.
  • Furthermore, put some cheese before putting the toppings.
    Note: This will let the toppings to settle to it's place.
  • Then, put the toppings evenly. Moreover, try to squeeze the water if you are using canned or preserved toppings.
    Tip: Quantity of toppings solely depends on your taste, it could be adjusted more or less.
  • Later, spread the final layer of cheese above the toppings.
  • Before placing the pizza in oven make sure it is preheated at 180° for 15-20 minutes. Place a small bowl of water in oven.
    Tip: Pre-heating with water bowl inside will help pizza to be soft and moist.
  • Afterwards, place the pizza in oven and wait for 15 mins or more until the cheese turns golden brown.
    Tip: Keep checking the base if cooked properly with long spoon or ladle.
  • Likewise, when pizza is cooked. Allow it to cool for sometime and sprinkle some oregano and season with olive oil.
  • With the help of pizza cutter cut into desired pieces and your pizza is ready, you can enjoy the pizza with drink.
