- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1½ lb cod or salmon
- salt (to taste)
- ÂĽ tsp black pepper
- 8 tortillas
- 1 avocado (diced or smashed )
- 1 lime (cut into wedges )
- ½ cup sour cream
For the salad filling
- ÂĽ cup mayonnaise
- 1 lime (juice )
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup shredded cabbage (preferably purple cabbage )
- ½ cup corn kernels
- 1 jalapeno (minced )
Chicken Taco

- 1 cup skinless chicken (or leftover chicken )
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ÂĽ tsp paprika
- ÂĽ tsp cayenne pepper
- 8 tortilla

- Firstly, In a medium shallow bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, paprika, chili powder, cumin, and also some cayenne.
- Then, add some cod, tossing until evenly coated. Let marinate 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lime juice, cilantro, and honey. Stir in cabbage, corn, and also some jalapeño. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, heat vegetable oil. Remove cod from marinade and season both sides of each filet with salt and pepper. Add fish flesh side-down. Cook until opaque and cooked through, 3 to 5 minutes per side. Let rest 5 minutes before flaking with a fork.
- Then serve fish over grilled tortillas with corn slaw and avocado. Squeeze lime juice on top and garnish with sour cream.

- Firstly, In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper and add to skillet. Cook until golden, 6 minutes. Add spices and stir until coated, 1 minute more. If needed, add a little more oil or water to help spices coat chicken.Â
