What is more beautiful on a gloomy gray Sunday than having a good book, a cup of tea and delicious
home baked caramel chocolate cookies lying on the sofa cuddly, warm and cozy?
Right, nothing!
That’s why I want to share my new favorite cookie recipe with you today.
Gorgeously soft as I like to call them are the caramel chocolate cookies, chocolatey, caramelous and pieces of hazelnut in the right bite portion.
As a basis for cookie creations I always use the Recipe, the dough is wonderfully quickly mixed together, and then the delicious cakes only need a few minutes in the oven and you can enjoy the Caramel chocolate cookies with hazelnuts
Recipe Portions: 24 Biscuits
Equipment Required
- Cooking pans, refrigerator, Oven
Ingredients
- 140 g soft butter
- 120 g Sugar
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1 Package vanilla sugar
- 180 g flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 125 g chocolate caramel coarsely chopped
- 50 g chopped hazelnuts
- some flour for dusting the baking sheet
Instructions
- Stir the butter with sugar and the pinch of salt foamy. Now mix the egg together with the vanillin sugar and mix it with the butter cream. Then mix flour and baking powder and mix with the coarsely chopped soft chocolate and hazelnuts under the butter cream. Knead everything with hands to a soft dough.
- In the original recipe you should put the dough in the refrigerator for two hours. In the house of Kochkarussell, however, the cookie starving was too big to wait so long, so I processed the dough equally and it worked wonderfully.
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and apply two baking sheets with baking paper. The baking paper with a little flour so that the cookies can be removed more easily later and with two spoons each give twelve portions of dough on each baking sheet. Cookies are still much larger when baking, so leave as much space as possible between the dough portions.
- Now just push it into the oven and get back out after 12 to 15 minutes.

Tips
Don’t be too disappointed when the caramel chocolate cookies turn out to be very soft when it comes out of the oven, they still harden eventually on cooling giving you that crunchy and cookies feel.

By the way, my best little Critics so far was when Brother prefer a few more cookies than Snickers and said to my dad, “You are crazy, the caramel chocolate cookies with hazelnuts are much better than Snickers!” And that’s what I want. 🙂
If the desire for self-baked cookies and cookies is now particularly large, it is absolutely necessary to test the Coconut cheese with sea salt
