Remember my guest post at the “dear Manu of something sweet!”?
There I was allowed a few weeks ago to a peep at their Chai Latte Muffins with white chocolate
magic recipe.
For the sake of completeness, the recipe can be found here for you again today, because
the combination of spicy Chai latte and sweet chocolate pieces cuddled in the dough is a sweet delight I wouldn’t want you to miss trying.

I made the dough according to a slightly modified variant of Cynthia Barcomi. With this basic recipe you can easily conjure incredibly fluffy muffins. The secret is that one does not mix the dough with the hand mixer, but rather takes the snow broom nice  and old school style; not for long.

By long stirring, the muffins lose their juice and nobody wants it, right?

Chai, with its flavors of cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and ginger, has long been a favorite, providing a sensory getaway with each sip. Imagine those rich, aromatic aromas transformed into a soft, moist muffin, and you’ve entered the land of perfect ecstasy. This recipe’s Chai Latte Muffins capture the taste of your favorite tea while infusing each bite with the soul-soothing warmth of chai spices.
