Pesto rosso with dark chocolate Sounds pretty strange, doesn’t it?
This treasure yummy delight is just the right thing
It’s what I like to call Soul food for those gray days where you got a sour mood. The sweet smell of the sun-ripened tomatoes, good olive oil and garlic is able to sweeten your sour mood into expressions of joy and unfathomable happiness. It’s comforting and helpful to drown out your sorrows.
If you want a spoon of red luck, the full pesto rosso taste connects to the tender chocolate.

It’s irresistibly good.
As bad as my bread attempt turned out to be, it was pretty good eventually.
The idea was to bake two kinds of bread. One with dried tomatoes and the other with roasted onions which theoretically was supposed to turn out well.
Unfortunately, something went  wrong with the dough.

“Guess things don’t always work the way you want them, huh?”, that’s what my sweetheart told me while I was hopping through the kitchen like Rumpelstiltskin. I was kind of worried at the outcome but as always, I got surprised at the end
The Pesto rosso straight came out right, with a large portion. I was extremely happy. 😉 Not only did I succeed but I learnt from my mistake.
