These power balls are heatless recipes made from raw dry fruits. However, we are going to use a blender or more traditionally, a pestle and mortar to bind them.   • ½ cup pitted dates
  • ½ cup figs (chopped)
  • ½ cup dried apricot
  • Honey (to taste )
  • ¼ cup almond (roughly chopped)
  • ¼ cup walnuts (roughly chopped)

Almond-Melon power ball

  • ½ cup almonds (roughly chopped)
  • ¼ cup melon seeds
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup dates
  • honey (to taste)

Date-Chia seeds power balls

  • ½ cup dates
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • ¼ cup dates
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • salt (pinch)

Instructions

Fig-Apricot power ball

  • Firstly, toast the nuts in microwave on high for about 1 to 2 mins until it turns aromatic.
  • Next, take them out and chop them roughly
  • Later, put the chopped dates, figs, apricots, walnuts and also almonds in food processor and grind until they are finely minced.
  • Then add honey to bind the ingredients together.
  • Later, shape the mixture into small sized balls by using your palms.
  • Healthy Fig-Apricot dry fruit power balls are ready to eat.

Almond-Melon power ball

  • Firstly, toast the almonds, melon and sunflower seeds in microwave on high for about 1 to 2 mins until it turns aromatic.
  • Take them out and chop them roughly
  • Next, put the dates into the food processor until it is minced.
  • Then add honey to bind the ingredients together.
  • Later, shape the mixture into small sized balls by using your palms.
  • Healthy Almond-Melon dry fruit power balls are ready to eat.

Date-Chia seeds power balls

  • Firstly lightly toast the nuts for 5 minutes. Let them cool completely.
  • Add dates, nuts, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and also sea salt in a food processor and blend until fine.
  • Later, shape the mixture into small sized balls by using your palms. Use honey if it is not binding together.

If you are looking for a vegan alternative for honey, you can use milk or orange juice to bind the balls together. If you want to add more nutritional value to the power balls, you can also add protein powder in the balls and have it as a pre-gym snack. Please be mindful about the amount of protein you add into these snacks. However, I would recommend adding around one scoop of protein powder for the whole batch of snacks.
