You are just in time to try out my first recipe Blueberry Cheesecake Pots

Words are not enough to describe how beautiful this recipe is.

It’s a blend of yummy and delicious in perfect harmony to give you the most sweetest cake you have ever tasted. Made from the juicy blueberry and delightful cheese, it is the best way to fill up your aching belly with it’s mouth watering cakeyness.

It actually start with the actual themes: cook, bake and enjoy.

As a little girl, when I was sick, I was looking at cookbooks rather than watching TV, and grown to become a daily visitor of the kitchen with my pink beautiful apron and plastic sausage for meats and also my long spoon for the soup. I had all kinds of kitchen utensils ready for kitchen action.
Today I still love cookbooks, and one could say i possess a quite a lot which is untypical for girls of my age Experimenting in the kitchen with varieties of food is my favorite hobby.

Like they always say; Variety is the spice of life.

I would like to share here with you my enchanting escapades of how i began my journey of discovery of this beautiful recipe, Let’s not forget the little tricky stuff for the apartment and the beautiful things of life and finished; The cooking carousel!
One day in the market, I came across an incredibly tempting looking, big, deep blue blueberries. Of course, I just couldn’t resist it. They were just so beautiful and I had to get a handful of them , along with three bowls in my basket.
I think blueberries are wonderful. Blueberry jam, blueberry pancake, blueberry, blueberry muffins, there are so many treats. And what has been great for me for a few days: “no bake” blueberry cheesecake pots.
The combination of fresh blueberries, creamy mascarpone cream, crumby biscuits and blueberry sauce is also just heavenly delicious.

Realizing I had come across the means to make my own blueberry recipe for a cheesecake, I decided to accept the challenge and bake some magic.
