Just when it’s cold out there, there’s nothing better than warming up with a delicious hot drink. This recipe offers you all that plus still healthy nutrients from the Red Beet that you can need in the cold season.


What is Red Beet Latte?


This is a kind of latte that has beetroot in it. They add an earthy, slightly sweet flavor to the latte, along with a vibrant pink or red color.

Heisse Cashewmilch and Red Beetroot gives a Red Beet Latte. Also known as Red Velvet Latte or in Switzerland as Randen Latte. Spices such as cinnamon and vanilla must of course not be missed. The sweetener used is coconut blossom sugar, which gives this drink a caramely taste.

Equipment Required

  • Pot, Blender, Brush

Ingredients

  • 240 ml Cashew milk or other vegetable milk
  • 75 g boiled red beets
  • 1 ELECTRICAL Coconut blossom sugar or other sugar
  • 1/2 TL Cinnamon
  • 1/2 TL Bourbone vanilla aroma
  • 1 Prise Salt

Instructions

  • Pour all ingredients in a blender or with a brush.
  • Cook the Red Beete Latte in a small pot and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Your Red Beet Latte is ready !!!!!

Notes

Add a tablespoon of cocoa powder if you like it.
Take red beet powder or juice instead of boiled red beet.
This drink is very rich as it contains a lot of red beds. A good way to add vegetables to your food. But if it’s too much for you, you can reduce the amount.
