The sweetest, the mini-cauliflowers is quite delicious, but you don’t have to get them served more often than once a month.

Only exception is this wonderful Rose cabbage salad with cashews and raisins.

Through the roasting of the rose cabbage, it loses a little of its cauliflower taste, left a really tasty winter cauliflower with very delicate cabbage note. This then harmonizes perfectly with the roasted nuts and the sweet raisins.
So my loved ones, I can even recommend this salad to the carnivores among you. Try it out, it’s worth it!
