Ingredients

  • 2 large zucchini
  • Olive oil
  • 30 g Pine nuts
  • 2 Dried Tomato Oil
  • 2 small red paprika
  • 10 dried tomatoes in oil
  • 100 g feta

Instructions

  • Cut the zucchini with a vegetable peeler into strips, paps. Boil the zucchni strips in two portions in a pan with olive oil until they become a little brown.
  • Roast pine nuts in a smaller pan. Then roast paprika in two tablespoons of tomato oil in the same pan. Dry tomatoes cube.
  • Once the zucchini are finished, add peppers and dried tomatoes to the zucchini in the pan and mix well. Arrange on a large plate, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and pine nuts, Salt and pepper, ready
