Ingredients
Ingredients for Vegan Wrap
- 2 pieces Tortilla
- 1 cup Hummus
- 1 cup cucumber (sliced)
- 4-5 pieces lettuce
- 4-5 slices Tomatoes
- ½ cup Sweet corn
- ⅓ cup Carrot (grated)
- ¼ cup Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- ⅓ cup Vegan seasoning sauce (optional)
- Salt as per taste
- ½ teaspoon Chat Masala
- 1 cup Potato (boiled & mashed)

How to make vegan wrap fillings
- The main ingredient is potato, there are two ways of making potato fillings for vegan wrap recipes.
- Firstly, boil the potato and mash it properly. Moreover add salt as per taste and ½ teaspoon chat masala and mix it well.
- Roll the above mixture between your palms and give a ball like structure. Now, press it to get a flat surface.
- Second method, the above made potato balls are dipped in all purpose flour and salt thick solution.
- Later, the balls are transferred to breadcrumbs and coated properly with it.
- The above potato balls are then shallow fried in vegetable oil, until it turns golden brown.

- Both methods give good taste, the first method is less on calorie whereas the second is more crunchy.
How to make Vegan Wraps
- For vegan wrap recipes start with a tortilla, warm it in a pan or in the microwave before any filling.
- Secondly, apply hummus with a knife and spread it all over the tortilla.
- Place the lettuce over the hummus. Hummus will help the lettuce to stick properly with wrap.
- Place the potato filling just over the lettuce.
- Next step, put the slices of cucumber over lettuce. Now repeat the same step with tomato slices.
- Add grated carrot to vegan wrap. Likewise, add sweet corn evenly all over.
- In this step, sprinkle the salt. Add vegan sauce and garnish with coriander leaf.
How to roll the vegan wrap
- Place the tortilla on the board or flat surface.
- Put the potato roll made earlier over the tortilla horizontally in the middle.
- Now pull the bottom side of the tortilla & place it over the potato roll. With the help of both hand fold it towards middle vertically.
- Furthermore, fold the top part to the middle. Flip the vegan wrap upside down & serve it with hummus.
