Turmeric Noodle Soup is a healthy vegan soup with healing properties of herbs contains in the soup to boost your immune and satisfying to your tummy. This soup is healthy and having benefits of turmeric, and ginger both contains healing and medicinal properties that makes this soup good for human health. and Hope you like this turmeric noodle soup recipe as you did like my previous recipe Corn Cakes.
Six Cups – Water
One Strip – Kelp(rinsed)
Three – Green Onions(chopped)
One Large Carrot(chopped)
Two Tablespoons – Ginger(grated)
Two Cloves – Garlic(minced)
One-Fourth Cup – White Miso Paste
Half Teaspoon – Turmeric(grounded)
Half Teaspoon – Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Three Tablespoons – Lemon Juice
One Tablespoon – Tamari
Half Tablespoon – Coconut Oil
Two Teaspoons – Hot Sauce
250 Grams – Tofu(cubed)
150 Grams – Rice Noodles
Two – Bok Choy
Pinch Of Red Pepper Flakes
Fresh Chopped Coriander Leaves
One-Fourth – Sea Salt
In a medium pot, combine the water and the kelp.
Simmer gently, without boiling, for ten minutes.
Remove the kelp, carrots, ginger, and the garlic, and simmer until the carrots are soft or about twenty minutes.
Scoop a half cup of the hot broth into a small bowl with the miso paste.
Stir until combined and return it to the soup pot.
Add the turmeric, black pepper, lemon juice, coconut oil, tamari, hot sauce, tofu, rice noodles, and bok choy. Simmer for ten minutes.
Season to taste with sea salt if needed.
Sprinkle freshly chopped coriander leaves.
