Crispy Cauliflower Wings is just like chicken wings but not a chicken as it is made of cauliflower that make this wings a vegetarian recipe. As it is baked the recipe is light and not having too much of calories like fried one.
Ingredients:-
Half Kilogram – Cauliflower Florets
Three Tablespoons – Avocado Oil
One-Third Cup – Chickpea Flour And Water
Half Cup – All-Purpose Flour
One And A Half Cups – Garlic Powder
One Teaspoon – Cumin
Half Teaspoon – Paprika
Half Teaspoon – Salt
One-Fourth Teaspoon – Ground Pepper
Half Cup – Hot Sauce
Three Tablespoons – Vegan Butter
Two Teaspoons – White Vinegar
One-fourth Teaspoon – Vegan Sauce
Directions:-
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
In a heavy bottom baking dish pour three tablespoons of avocado oil and place it in the oven while it preheats.
In a bowl, combine chickpea flour and water, whisking together until thick and gooey.
Take a ziplock bag and mix together all-purpose flour, spices, salt, and pepper.
Dip each cauliflower florets into the chickpea flour mixture until completely merged.
Once, coated, place four to five florets at a time in the flour mixture. Seal the ziplock bag and shake until florets are completely coated.
Placed the battered cauliflower in the baking dish and repeat until all the cauliflower is covered.
Bake for ten minutes. Pull out of the oven, flip over and return to the oven for ten minutes.
While cauliflower is baking, make the sauce. Take hot Sauce, vegan butter, white vinegar, vegan sauce in a saucepan and cover over medium-low heat until the vegan butter has melted. Remove from heat and set aside to let it cool.
Once cauliflower is ready, remove from oven. Coat cauliflower with the sauce properly and return to the oven again to cook for an additional ten minutes until cauliflower is crispy on the outside.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and let it cool before serving.
