- 200 grams Tofu Vegeterians can use Cottage cheese (paneer)
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 1 medium Tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
- ½ inch Ginger finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon Cumin Seed jeera
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1 pinch Dry Chilli (Lal Mirch) powder
- 1 Green Chilli finely chopped
- 1½ tablespoon Cooking Oil
- ½ teaspoon Garam Masala pav bhaji masala could also be used
- 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves finely chopped
- salt as per taste

- Take 200g tofu scramble it, keep it aside
How to cook Tofu Scramble
- Take deep frying pan, heat oil at low flame.
- Add cumin seed, allow it to turn brown.
- Now add chopped green chilli, ginger and garlic to it.
- Allow to cook for few seconds.
- Add finely chopped onion and cook it it turns translucent.
- Later, add finely chopped tomatoes and cook till it release water.
- Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chilli powder and masala, stir properly until get mixed.
- Take a potato masher, mash the above mixture till it turns into smooth paste.
- Add scrambled tofu and stir well.
- Season with salt and sauté 3-4 minutes.
- Add finely chopped coriander leaves and stir them.
- Lastly, now serve the Tofu Scramble with bread or rotis or as side dish with rice recipes.
