Wrap Rolls With Vegetables-

Wrap rolls with vegetables is a good snack for any time meal. Made with simple ingredients and not so hard to make, it’s delicious an tasty snack. Hope you like this recipe as u did like my previous recipe mushroom manchurian.



  • One Cup – Gram Flour
  • Two Tablespoons – Rice Flour
  • One Teaspoon – Salt
  • Half Teaspoon – Cumin Seeds
  • Three-Fourth Cup – Water
  • Four Teaspoons – Oil


  • Three Cups – Cabbage(sliced thinly)
  • Half Cup – Carrots(shredded)
  • Half Cup – Bell Pepper(sliced thinly)
  • Two Teaspoon – Vegetable oil
  • Half Teaspoon – Cumin Seeds
  • Half Teaspoon – Mustard Seeds
  • Two Teaspoons – Coriander Powder
  • One-Fourth Teaspoon – Chili Powder
  • Half Teaspoon – Salt
  • Half Teaspoon – Sugar
  • One Teaspoon Lemon Juice


  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together, gram flour, rice flour, cumin seeds, and salt.
  2. Add water to make a smooth batter, keep aside.
  3. To make the filling heat oil in a frying pan over medium flame. As oil is hot, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
  4. When seeds are crackled add cabbage, carrots, and bell pepper.
  5. Stir-fry for about four to five minutes, vegetables should be crisp.
  6. Turn off the flame.
  7. Use a heavy bottomed pan to make wraps, place the pan on medium-high flame.
  8. Pour about a half cup of the batter into the pan and spread evenly with the back of the spoon.
  9. Starting from the center, spread the batter outward evenly to form a circle.
  10. Press the wrap all around with the spatula to make it cook evenly.
  11. Turn the wrap and in the center of the wrap put about two teaspoons of filling mixture diagonally and roll it.
  12. Make all the wrap rolls like this way.
  13. Wrap Rolls with vegetables is ready to serve.
  14. Taste best with coriander chutney.
