Wrap rolls with vegetables is a good snack for any time meal. Made with simple ingredients and not so hard to make, it’s delicious an tasty snack. Hope you like this recipe as u did like my previous recipe mushroom manchurian.
Ingredients:-
FOR WRAPS
- One Cup – Gram Flour
- Two Tablespoons – Rice Flour
- One Teaspoon – Salt
- Half Teaspoon – Cumin Seeds
- Three-Fourth Cup – Water
- Four Teaspoons – Oil
FOR FILLING
- Three Cups – Cabbage(sliced thinly)
- Half Cup – Carrots(shredded)
- Half Cup – Bell Pepper(sliced thinly)
- Two Teaspoon – Vegetable oil
- Half Teaspoon – Cumin Seeds
- Half Teaspoon – Mustard Seeds
- Two Teaspoons – Coriander Powder
- One-Fourth Teaspoon – Chili Powder
- Half Teaspoon – Salt
- Half Teaspoon – Sugar
- One Teaspoon Lemon Juice
Directions:-
- Mix all the dry ingredients together, gram flour, rice flour, cumin seeds, and salt.
- Add water to make a smooth batter, keep aside.
- To make the filling heat oil in a frying pan over medium flame. As oil is hot, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
- When seeds are crackled add cabbage, carrots, and bell pepper.
- Stir-fry for about four to five minutes, vegetables should be crisp.
- Turn off the flame.
- Use a heavy bottomed pan to make wraps, place the pan on medium-high flame.
- Pour about a half cup of the batter into the pan and spread evenly with the back of the spoon.
- Starting from the center, spread the batter outward evenly to form a circle.
- Press the wrap all around with the spatula to make it cook evenly.
- Turn the wrap and in the center of the wrap put about two teaspoons of filling mixture diagonally and roll it.
- Make all the wrap rolls like this way.
- Wrap Rolls with vegetables is ready to serve.
- Taste best with coriander chutney.
