Avocado is a superfood. It has become incredibly popular among health-conscious individuals. Not to mention, the Avocado milkshake is a healthy alternative to milkshakes.

Avocados are a stone fruit with a creamy texture that grow in warm climates. Their health benefits include improving and decreasing the risk of depression, digestion and also protection against cancer.

  • 3 Cups Almond Milk (Dairy milk Or Coconut milk)
  • 5 to 6 tablespoon White Sugar (Or as per your taste)
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla

How to make Avocado Milkshake

  • Take a medium size Avocado and wash it properly.
  • Now cut the avocado with the help of knife or Avocado slicer . Avocado slicer is best and must have tool easily available online. Its all in one tool from cutting, peeling to slicing can be done in just few seconds.
  • Add some ice cubes, about 3-4 ice cubes will be best.
  • Now add the remaining ingredients to enhance the taste of you shake like milk, vanilla (optional) and sugar.
  • Blend it properly, until it gets smooth texture.
  • Now pour the shake in mason jar or collins glass or any other you have.
