Ingredients For Fruit Chaat

  • 1 large Apple (cubed)
  • 1 Banana (sliced)
  • ¼ cup Grapes (deseeded)
  • cups Watermelon (cubes)
  • ¼ cup Pomegranate (optional)
  • 1 cup Orange - 1 cup (segment)
  • 1 cup Pineapple - 1 cup (cubed)
  • ½ teaspoon Black Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin Seed
  • ½ teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper Powder (freshly ground)

Instructions

Directions

  • Place all the cut fruits in a bowl.
  • sprinkle black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and chaat masala.
  • Toss them well.
  • Wrap cling film over the fruit bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.
  • Serve the chilled fruits in serving bowls.
