Ingredients for Mango Jelly

  • cup Water
  • ½ cup White Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 cup Mango (pulp (2 medium size))
  • 15 grams Agar Agar

Ingredients for Coconut Jelly

  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • ½ cup Coconut Milk
  • ½ tablespoon Agar Agar
  • ¼ cup White Sugar

Instructions

Steps for making Mango Jelly

  • Take 2 medium size mango, cut it from cheeks and eliminate the seed by taking out pulp.
  • Cut the mango cheeks in criss-cross manner, just to ease out scooping perfectly.
  • Scoop out the pulp with help of spoon into a bowl.
  • Now blend the pulp into blender until it turns out smooth.
  • Moreover, take a sauce pan add 1½ cup of coconut water, ¼ cup sugar, ½ tablespoon agar agar and mango pulp.
  • Stir the above mixture well.
  • Cook the mixture on medium flame and keep on stirring to avoid clotting until it boils properly.
  • After it is boiled, off the flame and pour the mixture in a tray.
  • Add some mango pieces and mint leaves (option) to mixture in a tray.
  • Now, place the tray in fridge for 30 mins to set.

Steps for making Coconut Jelly

  • Take sauce pan, add 1 cup of Coconut water, ½ cup coconut milk, ½ tablespoon agar agar and ¼ cup sugar.
  • Stir properly until ingredients all mix well.
  • Next, place the sauce pan on medium flame to cook and bring it to boil. Keep on stirring to avoid clotting.
  • After it boils perfectly, off the flame and pour on the tray with help of spoon base to make second layer above the previously formed mango layer .
  • Now the the whole tray in fridge for 2 hours to settle.
  • After 2 hours, now check whether jelly formed or not with finger. If it is fluffy then it's ready to eat else fridge it for another 1 hour.
  • Moreover, with help of knife separate the edges of jelly from tray.
  • Place a chopping board/plate on top of tray and invert the tray upside down.
  • Now remove the tray carefully, jelly is on chopping board now you can cut it with knife.
  • You can also give different shapes with help of cake mold.

Notes

  • You can add other fruits pulp or pieces of your choice e.g pineapple mint jelly recipe.
  • You can also add flavor or extract to give different taste.
  • Multiple layers could also be used, just to have better presentation.
