Take sauce pan, add 1 cup of Coconut water, ½ cup coconut milk, ½ tablespoon agar agar and ¼ cup sugar.
Stir properly until ingredients all mix well.
Next, place the sauce pan on medium flame to cook and bring it to boil. Keep on stirring to avoid clotting.
After it boils perfectly, off the flame and pour on the tray with help of spoon base to make second layer above the previously formed mango layer .
Now the the whole tray in fridge for 2 hours to settle.
After 2 hours, now check whether jelly formed or not with finger. If it is fluffy then it's ready to eat else fridge it for another 1 hour.
Moreover, with help of knife separate the edges of jelly from tray.
Place a chopping board/plate on top of tray and invert the tray upside down.
Now remove the tray carefully, jelly is on chopping board now you can cut it with knife.
You can also give different shapes with help of cake mold.
