Ingredients for Zucchini Fritters

  • 4 cups Zucchini
  • cup All Purpose Flour
  • cup Scallions (sliced )
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Sour Cream (for garnishing)
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon  Salt
  • 2 Cloves (minced)
  • 2 Garlic (minced)
  • ¼ teaspoon  Black Pepper Powder


How to make Zucchini Fritters

  • Take zucchini in a bowl and grate it in bowl.
  • Season with salt and leave the same for 10 minutes. 
  • Now use hands to squeeze the grated zucchini and remove the liquid. Then transfer the grated zucchini into a large bowl.
  • Furthermore, add eggs, flour, sliced scallions, 1 table spoon of salt and ¼ table spoon of pepper powder, spices and mix them properly.
  • Likewise, add olive oil to large sauce pan on a medium flame. 
  • Add 3 table spoon of zucchini mixture in the pan and make round balls. 
  • Fry them until they become golden brown.
  • Put the cooked zucchini fritters into a plate and decorate sour cream on the crispy fritters.
