  • 4 large Banana
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • teaspoon  Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon  Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup White Sugar
  • A Pinch Of Salt
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 Egg (white)
  • Vegetable Oil
  • White Sugar (powdered for dusting)

Instructions

How to make Banana Fritters

  • Take a mixing bowl and add flour, salt and baking powder.
  • Moreover, add water, oil and combine the mixture well.
  • The mixture should be thick just like cream.
  • Take a pan and add vegetable oil and heat the same to 350 °F. Make sure to fill ⅓rd with the vegetable oil.
  • Likewise, peel the banana, make pieces of banana. Use Banana cutter (link in equipment section) to get perfect and even pieces of banana and also save lots of time .Now, dip each piece in the wet mixture.
  • Put the pieces into the hot oil and fry them until they turn golden brown.
  • Place the fried fritters on the paper to remove excess oil and then place the fritters.
  • Furthermore, coat them with coconut or sugar powder. Garnish them with fruit syrup or have a scoop of ice-cream on them.

Notes

 Don't make mixture too thick or too thin, it should be like cream.
You can garnish with caramel sauce too.
