Grate the veggies with help of grater, Veggies such as Carrot, Beetroots and Garlic.
Likewise, keep the potato and corn for boiling (Tips : Cut the potato into 4 pieces and add salt to quicker the boiling process.
Moreover, cut the remaining veggies such as onions, green chilies and coriander leaves.
Once you finish the above task, take a deep pan and heat given quantity of oil on medium flame.
After the oil is heated add cumin seeds (jeera) and wait till it turn golden brown.
Now, add garlic to it and wait for it to turn golden brown.Now, add garlic to it and wait for it to turn golden brown.
Now add onion and chopped green chilies to above prepared tadka of cumin seed and garlic.
Later, add remaining grated veggies and cook for sometime.
Once the veggies is shallow fried properly, it will look alike picture given below.
Afterwards, add boiled and masted potatoes as well as corn to above veggies.
Allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
Season with salt, spices (chat masala), turmeric and dry mango powder (optional).
Cook it for sometime after adding spices then turn off the stove and allow the mixture to cool.
Now you can make balls or give any shape to above mixture.
