Ingredients

  • 500 grams Minced mutton
  • 2 Onions (sliced )
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp Chilli powder
  • Salt per taste
  • Fresh coriander
  • Fresh curry leaves
  • 1 Bay leaf

For making parotta

  • 3 cups Maida
  • 2 tbsp Samolina
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • Water
  • Oil

Instructions

For making Parottas

  • Firstly,  in a large mixing bowl take 3 cup maida, 2 tbsp rava, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp ghee. Mix well.
  • Next, knead the dough by adding water simultaneously.
  • After kneading the dough, let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • Later, divide the dough into medium sized balls.
  • Now, on a clean counter apply some oil and roll the dough using a rolling pin.
  • Make it as thin as possible.
  • Next, cut the flattened dough into thin strips. Now, align the steps and form a ball again. Flatten the ball and knead it into a flat bread.
  • Now take a hot tawa and fry the parotta until it is golden brown on both sides. Add oil accordingly.
  • Make 3 partitas and keep aside

For making mutton kothu parotta

  • Firstly, heat oil on a pan add bay leaf, onions, ginger garlic paste and also chillies. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Now, add red chilli powder, turmeric and salt.
  • Mix it well. Later, add the minced mutton nd cook until the mutton is well cooked.
  • Next, take a bowl and beat the eggs.
  • Then, take a tawa and make omelettes. After the omelettes are done, cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Now, add the eggs into the mutton mixture and mix well.
  • Later, take the parotta pieces and cut them into bite sized pieces.
  • Now, Add the cut porotta pieces into the mutton mixture and stir well.
  • Add fresh coriander and stir it.
  • Enjoy mutton kothu parotta hot.
